Should your creation arrive damaged on delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will make every effort to replace the damaged item with the same design or a similar creation of your choosing. If replacement is not possible ONLY THEN will a refund be issued.
For eligible refunds we will refund back to your original payment method and please allow 5-10 business days for your banking institution to release funds
Shipping costs vary based on the item’s size, weight, and your location. We average 5-7 business days for shipping and will provide you with tracking once your order ships. We currently offer free shipping within the US and flat rate $20 international shipping but is subject to change for some areas.
